body shop and quick lane thanks from Rodney Braley It was a bad day when our 2005 camry was hit in a parking lot . Close to three grand in damage then I found out we could have it repaired @ Irwins and It was a bad day when our 2005 camry was hit in a parking lot . Close to three grand in damage then I found out we could have it repaired @ Irwins and lease a replacment vehicle @ Enterprise one stop shopping . The Insurance co slowed things up.I wish I could remember everybody's name cause I have yet to find a bad employee @ Irwins. The folks in collison shop were very helpfull and understanding .This is not something I normaly deal with so big atta boy ( and girl) for to them.When I picked up the camry notice soft front right tire ,had snows at home 45min away mentioned it to folks in bodyshop they said check with Quick lane,I was planning to set up an appointment with them when the car was done (they were to quick for me in body shop) . I walked across to quick lane I have gotten service work with quick lane when other shop was busy,Bill Salta @quick lane said his schedule was full till mon.afternoon if I had the tires he could do it now.(tires 45min away I got the tires) Bill was only one there .Some how Bill got the job done and left a message on my phone.Great service and going the extra mile is the norm for Bill Salta and his crew THANK YOU ALL>.
