Bob never tried to talk me into anything I did not want, he was very responsive and helped make the deal happen. Honestly, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I think I will ever have. Bob is a great guy, and has definitely cemented me as an Irwin customer for the next time I need a vehicle. Additionally there was a miscommunication on my behalf with the Accessories department, and I ended up with a Tonneau cover that I did not want. I called and Jessica Rando from Accessories worked with me to fix it, and I ended up mailing the Tonneau cover to her, and the new one that I intended to get was delivered to my house. Great all around team effort by Irwin, it's a great place to go. More
