Excellent Dealership Experience After doing thorough research on the type of car I wanted to lease, I then arrived at Irwin Mazda in Freehold, N.J. with more than a little trepidatio After doing thorough research on the type of car I wanted to lease, I then arrived at Irwin Mazda in Freehold, N.J. with more than a little trepidation since I had never leased before or had any history with Mazda. Within minutes after meeting Gwen at the front door when I walked in, all my angst evaporated. She was extremely personable, professional, knowledgable, and efficient. She was never pushy and took all the time I needed to answer my questions. And when I did make my final decision, she went out of her way to procure the exact model I wanted. I could never overstate what a great asset she is to that company! Also, thanks to Mr. Irwin who took the time to meet me the first day and offer his help. When the day came to pick up the vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie from the finance department. He made the whole process quite painless! Oftentimes, these transactions can be lengthy and laborious, but with his efficiency and sense of humor, I felt at ease and was able to choose the correct lease for my needs. A great experiance leasing my Mazda Miata RF We came to Irwin Mazda to check out the new Mazda Miata RF. Gwen Gainfort assisted us showing what was available in the type of vehicle we were lookin We came to Irwin Mazda to check out the new Mazda Miata RF. Gwen Gainfort assisted us showing what was available in the type of vehicle we were looking for. She then arranged a test drive of a similar car. Unfortunately the vehicle we wanted was not in stock, Gwen told us to be patient and she will find us the exact car we wanted. less than a week later she called and said car was available and when was pickup good for us. We came a day later, the car was ready paperwork was done and delivery complete. Gwen also took a lot of time explaining how the entire car worked. Thank you to Charlie Marquez for going over all of the paperwork and making a long process seem easy. Thank you to Carlos Souse for making the arrangements to have the car we wanted delivered to Irwin Mazda. No one tried to talk us into a different vehicle.
