Terrible response from dealership. Price gougers with xx games. Listed a 2019 car for so much money that they attempted to tell me I need to put down 4.5k for the bank to approve a finance....with over 765 credit Listed a 2019 car for so much money that they attempted to tell me I need to put down 4.5k for the bank to approve a finance....with over 765 credit LOL. They attempted to xx me to say its because of equity I'd be rolling in...which was 2.5k...which actually means nothing because I had already said I'd be putting down 2k negating any real negative equity rolled in regardless. So in reality....they priced a car so high that the bank doesn't value the car at their price AT ALL thus needing to put down almost 5k for the financed value to actually match what the car is worth. The response was "well we have people interested". GOOD LUCK. SCHEMERS. More

I bought a used 2017 Mazda6 in September. Originally I was told it had a clean car fax, but as I'm signing the papers, I was told it was in a "little fender bender" that didn't effect the ca Originally I was told it had a clean car fax, but as I'm signing the papers, I was told it was in a "little fender bender" that didn't effect the cars performance at all. Though it was certified, I added the Gold maintenance for more protection. When I needed an oil change, I called Irwin and was told it wasn't included. Now my brakes are acting up, and again, that's not included. I asked exactly what is included for the extra $1100 I paid, and they couldn't tell me. I would suggest that if you do buy from Irwin, do not get any extra maintenance packages, as they seem to be a waste of money. More
Wayne was great, Frank not so much. Nice guy at first but would not even negotiate off of MSRP. Tried playing games, showing me KBB numbers with features not included on the car I was looking to purchase. Fe would not even negotiate off of MSRP.
