I came to Mazda looking to get out of my two year old jeep I needed something with better gas mileage Jon was really helpful test driving the cars with me and telling about all the features. He was not pushy and knowing I was not buying a car that day he still spent almost two hours with me. It's because of his great service that I came back two days later and bought A 2014 cx 5. My Corolla was totaled the day before Fathers Day 2012. I was looking for a newer used Mazda 3, I drove a new Corolla and just felt like I needed a better car with more to it. I chose the Mazda 3. I went to two other Mazda dealers horrible pushy stalker sales and management personnel. As soon as I walked in Irwin I felt welcomed but not bombarded by sales. Jon Fields the salesman was amazing from beginning to end. He knows his cars and was very helpful and friendly. He was not at all pushy and made me feel like decision was just right and never gave false information once. Fred was the most personable down to earth sales manager I ever met and this comes from working in two car dealerships and knowing how they can be. Buying my Mazda 3 from Irwin would not have been possible without Jon, Fred, and whole Irwin team. Thank you Jon,Freddy, and Irwin team I feel like part of the dealership family now. More
My daughter and I had already visited a number of dealerships in search of her first car. Yet when we visited Irwin Mazda it was the first time we felt no pressure to buy anything. Jon Fields, the sales person we dealt with, was more interested in making sure that my daughter was happy with what she chose than just making a sale. Jon was extremely helpful in assisting us through this process. Even the Sales Manager Fred told us that this should be a fun experience for my daughter, not a stressful one. It took my daughter a week to decide which car to buy but she is so happy with her Mazda. I would highly recommend Irwin Mazda to anyone in search of a car. More

The experience was something that is even difficult to put into words. The salesman was not knowledgable and the Sales Manager was condescending and obnoxious. After test driving the CX 9 we sat to disc put into words. The salesman was not knowledgable and the Sales Manager was condescending and obnoxious. After test driving the CX 9 we sat to discuss options and the salesman had no idea what he was talking about. He left the desk and went back and forth to the sales manager, who was standing feet away, more than 3 times. We were looking to get the car in the black cherry color and the salesman wanted a guarantee right then and there that if he found it, we would buy it. Here is where it got interesting! The Sales Manager finally comes out of the shadows (as if he wasn't listening to the conversation the entire time) and laughingly announces that the CX 9 doesn't come in the color we were talking about for over a half hour! Are you kidding me! The manager than proceeded to do everything in his power to talk us out of getting that car. The real kicker here is that he then bent down, pinched my cheek and mockingly told me I would never get that car for the monthly price we were looking for. All I can say is lucky my husband did not see him do that because he was already so angry that the salesman did not know what he was talking about! We abruptly got up and started to walk out and he had the nerve to shake my hand and say "sorry it didn't work out.". REALLY???? We were flabbergasted and will NEVER go back there again. If you do go, stay away from Freddie the Sales Manager! More
