My family has known Matt for years & he has always been very personable with us, friendly, & he truly cares about what you are looking for & what vehicle is a perfect fit for you. He has always been honest with us & he very knowledgeable, both sales & service wise. Today was the first time we ever met Eileen & she is very friendly. She went with me for my test drive & answered all of my questions with a smile on her face. She even offered to help clear out my old car in the rain!! After all the paperwork was done, she sat with me in my NEW CX5 Touring & went over everything with me in great detail. She made me feel "Special" about getting my new car. Gwen made the car buying process seamless and painless because of her vast experience, thoroughness, excellent customer service skills, enormous patience, and ability to answer all of our questions. Gwen gave clear straightforward explanations and made very good suggestions. We appreciated the time she took to demonstrate the features of the car. Gwen stated, to us along the way, that Irwin Mazda stresses the highest professionalism in all of their personnel, and that honesty and exemplary business practices are only what they tolerate. As a customer, I can attest to the truth of that. It's hard to believe what a positive experience the entire car buying process was with the staff of Irwin Mazda. We plan to recommend Gwen and the dealership to all our family and friends and look forward to working with her for many years to come. Carlos handled my deal with clarity, itemized the details in a simple straightforward way, and made it as comfortable, as I imagine he could, for me to lease the exact car I desired. I had deal proposals from five other dealerships, so I had quite a lot of exposure to how others handled the same car selling process. Just from his information, I could clearly tell the respect he had for a potential customer as well as the integrity of a dealership that I had never dealt with before. I look forward to the next purchase(s) I make at this dealership because of the extremely good first experience. I highly recommend Irwin Mazda and am referring everyone I can to them and to Carlos Sousa (General Manager), Gwen Gainfort (Sales) and Charlie Marquez (Finance). (I found out very shortly before I finalized my deal, that my mother had bought cars and had them serviced at Irwin Lincoln/Mercury 30 yrs ago and said her experience was always top notch. That's a long track record of excellence.) In addition, Charlie Marquez, Finance Mgr, was excellent to deal with. He helped to make the tail-end of the car buying process (often the most painful part...when committing thousands of dollars) as "pleasant" an experience as I've ever had in the last 30 years I've gone through car buying. Charlie is very knowledgeable, helpful, explains everything patiently and clearly, has a great sense of humor and was a real human being (not a fast talking no feeling Finance guy). I can't recommend Charlie high enough, in my experience. When there seemed to be a small discrepancy, all it took was for me to show Charlie what the Sales Mgr had quoted me in writing, and that was all that was needed to resolve it. I braced for a "song and dance" (about needing to get confirmation on the phone and this being after hours, and what I expected to be "the other shoe dropping" part of car buying experiences that are all too common to far too many customers, but... there was nothing of the sort at Irwin Mazda. The customer's word meant something (with the written proof), lessening the anxiety involved in this type of situation. Gwen, Carlos, Charlie and the dealership are highly recommended!! More

Irwin Mazda really goes above and beyond for their Clients! I came home to visit my family and decided in the short time I was home that I wanted to buy a new car . My parents and I went to other Mazda dealerships and even called 2-3 other Mazda dealerships that were even further away cause I wanted a specific car . After dealing with unanswered questions, lazy customer service, and badgering to just come into the store (even though they couldn't guarantee the car I wanted) .. we found Irwin Mazda in Freehold. It was rainy and freezing but that didn't stop their friendly customer service . They didn't have the exact color car I wanted but I fell in love with the white Mazda 6 and was also debating with the new Mazda 3 . Needless to say after 4 hours at the dealership we had an awesome time and enjoyed our visit ! They really cater to your needs and want what you want . And they try to make the experience as easy as possible . They also really care about their military people . i was only home for 2 weeks and got the car 3 days before I was supposed to leave and they made it so easy! They even overnighted my plates to me in Oklahoma and followed up to ensure I received them . Told I had a recall and then they never did the work I bought my used 09 mazdaspeed3 and three months after I got it the turbo blew, Irwin service center replaced with my warranty company and also told m I bought my used 09 mazdaspeed3 and three months after I got it the turbo blew, Irwin service center replaced with my warranty company and also told me there is a recall on timing chain and guides so they said they would check and replace after I even told them it chatters on cold starts. Then said they could not get it to repeat noise and sent me on my way. 15k miles later bam chattering and they said there is no recall anymore... great wonderful for the customer right?? More

When my lease was almost up, I was passing by Irwin Mazda and decided to test drive a car, never thinking I would really switch from a BMW. I was lucky enough to meet Eileen Conlon. I actually enjoyed my time with Eileen. She knew absolutely everything about the cars and spent so much time test driving different models with me, all without making me feel obligated to make a decision. 3 months later, I came back to Freehold from Manhattan just to lease the car from Eileen and I don't miss my BMW at all. I will recommend Eileen to anyone in need of a car. More

But more importantly, she was extremely respectful - she respected our time and was not pushy or salesy at all. She provided an experience and service that I came to deeply appreciate - in our eyes, the experience we received from Eileen elevated the Mazda brand to a new level.
