Wasted Scheduled Appointment I had a scheduled appointment on 1/6/2020 for an oil change and a new front tire. When I got to the dealership, they informed me that they didn't ha I had a scheduled appointment on 1/6/2020 for an oil change and a new front tire. When I got to the dealership, they informed me that they didn't have the tire, so we would have to reschedule. I brought the car back the following week (I called first to MAKE SURE they had the tire). It took two hours for them to change the oil, and replace one front tire. I suppose they think the customers who are sitting there waiting have nothing better to do. Very disappointed. More
