big disappointment I am sorry to say this dealer is dishonest! we purchased a Lincoln Navigator with a system that’s is defective and did not function since day one. Eve I am sorry to say this dealer is dishonest! we purchased a Lincoln Navigator with a system that’s is defective and did not function since day one. Everyone was nice up until car was sold. Afterward; car has a major issue and flawed, no one is interested to help. Jeff from sales tells you to go to service, Alex from service sends you back to Jeff. Jeff says to go to Adam, Adam says he has nothing to do with this issue! No one wants to help or even address our concern. They will sell you a defective car and will leave you to deal with issues on your own. Please be careful and beware they do not do transaction in good faith and they are dishonest. Three months have passed we have gotten no resolution with them. They do not even call…not sure what to do here …big disappointment and we regret buying from this dealer. More
