This was our first visit to Irwin Lincoln, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had only stopped in to test drive a vehicle and ended up purchasing that day. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase and his knowledge of the vehicle was unsurpassed. We appreciated the fact that when it came to negotiating the price, Jeff was straightforward with price, taxes, and all other fees involved. There were no hidden fees or surprise expenses. We also had the pleasure of working with Chuck to sign all the paperwork. Once again, all went smoothly, and we never felt pressured into purchasing any extras. The dealership was clean and the waiting area comfortable while we waited for them to prep the vehicle to take home. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Irwin Lincoln and Jeff Young. More

BEWARE! Waited 5 weeks for a appointment for DRIVE CONTROL MALFUNCTION, MALFUNCTIONING RUNNING BOARDS (second time-the first time they couldn’t find the iss Waited 5 weeks for a appointment for DRIVE CONTROL MALFUNCTION, MALFUNCTIONING RUNNING BOARDS (second time-the first time they couldn’t find the issue), REAR AC NOT FUNCTIONING, SENSORS GIVING FAULSE ALARMS. Appointment was scheduled on Tuesday @ 2:00PM vehicle not even pulled in and seen till Wednesday. Called numerous times for status no one could advise! Was told someone will call back within 20 minutes no one called. This is terrible customer service and communication. I have a brand new Navigator which is their flagship model with top tier service called black label that entitles you to have the car picked up from your driveway and a loaner dropped off, I don’t even have a loaner!! Not an approximate time as to when it will be completed. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! More

I was very happy with Alexa in Sales and Sel with delivery, paperwork and review of functions and features. Alexa worked with me on incoming inventory so I got a car as soon as it arrived on the lot.
