This was our first visit to Irwin Lincoln, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. We had only stopped in to test drive a vehicle and ended up purchasing that day. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase and his knowledge of the vehicle was unsurpassed. We appreciated the fact that when it came to negotiating the price, Jeff was straightforward with price, taxes, and all other fees involved. There were no hidden fees or surprise expenses. We also had the pleasure of working with Chuck to sign all the paperwork. Once again, all went smoothly, and we never felt pressured into purchasing any extras. The dealership was clean and the waiting area comfortable while we waited for them to prep the vehicle to take home. The entire staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend Irwin Lincoln and Jeff Young. More
