They understood and met my needs and delivered a beautiful new vehicle on time as requested. I still remember on my first lease I dealt with Jay Irwin. I picked the exterior and interior colors from the brochure; big mistake as they are not true colors, especially the terracotta interior. That being said, they had to buy the car from another dealer as the other dealer was no interested in a trade. I picked u the he car and when I looked at the interior I was not happy with the color, but I chose it so I filled out the paperwork. That evening I was so unhappy that I wrote to Jay and expressed my unhappiness but said it was my choice and I outdone live without this. About ten minutes later I received a reply from Jay that he doesn’t want me to be unhappy and without hesitation got me the colors I now want d. That is great customer/dealer service. More
Not flexible on price. I havePurchased Service personnel not too friendly. Especially the service manager. Service was over priced. From my introduction to my salesman Jeffrey, and his patience with going over several vehicle models, and all my questions, till I found what I preferred. We spoke, went over several pricing options, not once was I pressured or felt uncomfortable with the transaction that night. Even when I finalized the paperwork, it was as though I have been dealing with them for years. Excellent dealership, superb service from my salesman and his astounding knowledge of the vehicle,, to the how too's about my new vehicles many features, it was an enjoyable experience. More

The experience starts with the person who answers your call when you make an appointment or have a problem. I dealt with Alice who went out of her way to help me out when my car had an issue. It was 5 minutes to closing and she did everything in her power to help me. My service agent was Don and he could not have been nicer. He was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Nick, the service manager, is outstanding! At the dealership I always deal with Jay Irwin. He is awesome! This is my fifth Mazda! More
Old school dealership I found Irwin Mazda to be an “old school” dealership, and not in a good way. In negotiating a price for my car the first thing the salesman pulls out I found Irwin Mazda to be an “old school” dealership, and not in a good way. In negotiating a price for my car the first thing the salesman pulls out is the 4 box work sheet. Once a price has been determined he has to take it back to the sales manager where they spend time discussing who knows what while the customer is left to wait. This scenario continues until a price is agreed upon. I have been to other dealers that no longer waste a customer’s time in this manor. I did purchase a car from Irwin because they had the car I was looking for in the color and equipment I wanted. I checked I would not recommend this dealer because I had to choose. In reality I would neither recommend or not recommend Irwin Mazda. More
