I bought my 2010 Accent from the previous owner of Irwin Hyundai, so was a bit worried about the transition to new ownership this past year. The service team, headed by Rick, is still in place, though, and Hyundai, so was a bit worried about the transition to new ownership this past year. The service team, headed by Rick, is still in place, though, and they still do a fantastic job on all fronts: timeliness, ease of making an appointment, price, and being able to explain patiently what the options are. I have had no issues and go to the service area just for oil changes and inspection, and I expect this to continue since Hyundai is such a great car. I love my Accent Blue. More

I droped my 2011 Sonata off for service, I had called the day before and was given an appointment first thing the next morning. I was given a loner car so I could make it to work.I recieved a call around 11: day before and was given an appointment first thing the next morning. I was given a loner car so I could make it to work.I recieved a call around 11:00am that my car was ready, after work (4:00 ish) I went to pick up my car and was plesantly surprised to find it not only fixed but washed and vaccumed.
