I bought my 2010 Accent from the previous owner of Irwin Hyundai, so was a bit worried about the transition to new ownership this past year. The service team, headed by Rick, is still in place, though, and Hyundai, so was a bit worried about the transition to new ownership this past year. I droped my 2011 Sonata off for service, I had called the day before and was given an appointment first thing the next morning. I was given a loner car so I could make it to work.I recieved a call around 11: day before and was given an appointment first thing the next morning.
