I had a great experience with Irwin Hyundai recently. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure at all here yet they were definitely willing to negotiate with me. My 9 year old son tagged along for most of the process and the hospitality shown by Irwin's employees really made us feel relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere is down to earth for sure and only confirmed my decision to buy local and stay out of the larger cities. I also walked out of there confident that I got a fair and competitive price on my purchase. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends and I hope to have a similar experience with their service department in the future. Have I also mentioned that I LOVE my new Santa Fe Sport. More
Before coming to Irwin, I went to couple other dealers and also did my own research. So I knew what I wanted in my new 2013 Sonata and what would be a fair monthly payment and down payment to lease it. I and also did my own research. I presented those numbers to Ed and initially he came back saying it was low but finally agreed. So in the hope of getting a better deal, I went back to the other dealers I dealt with to see if they could beat Irwin's offer. But both dealers simply couldn't match the offer let alone beat it. So I was satified that I got a good deal. I then called Ed and asked him to proceed with the paperwork. We did most of this on the phone or through email so when I came to pick up the car, all I had to do was sign the papers and I was good to go. A small personal note about Ed - He was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He was patient and listened to what I had to say. Not once did he pressure me to do anything I wasn't willing to do. He answered all of my questions. Ed was also kind enough to wait for me beyond 7pm (regular working hours) to pick up the car despite the fact that it was raining heavily on that day. Overall, I had a great experience with Irwin. Thanks to Ed, the process was smooth, efficeint and hassle free. I am yet to experience their service department and I hope to have similar experience with them as well. I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. More

I found the exact car I wanted online on your web page and emailed from that sight that I was very interested in 2012 Red Elantra Limited. When I arrived at your dealership I asked for Joe Collie who was busy with another customer at the time, but it was only a few minutes wait..until he came to great me, and had someone take me to the car I wanted to look at while he was finishing up with his other customer. I then took a test drive, was given the best test route directions, when I returned, Joe was waiting to help me purchase my car. He was efficient, kind, and curtious, and everything progressed quickly and without any hastle. Then Scott Chavanelle assisted with all the financing, he was also friendly , and kind and efficent. I drove home to Newton, NH in my new Elantra all the same day. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Irwin Hyundai! I needed a new vehicle and researched about what to get. I decided on Hyundai. I loved the Tuscon but my 2nd choice was SantaFe. After contacting several dealerships. Irwin Hyundai was the only dealership I decided on Hyundai. I loved the Tuscon but my 2nd choice was SantaFe. After contacting several dealerships. Irwin Hyundai was the only dealership out of 7 that didn't pressure me or speak to me like some used car dealers do with their fast talk. After several conversations my husband and I went to Irwin. We met with Joe Orlando. Our credit wasn't good so we didn't know what we could afford. Joe sat us down and had is fill out a credit app before even looking at the vehicles so we'd know exactly what we could qualify for. I had originally contacted him about a 2008 Hyundai Tuscon. Joe had to work hard to get us qualified, like I said our credit was bad! He finally found a bank that would take a chance on us without killing us with interest. Joe came back and knowing I really wanted the Tuscon, went round and round with the bank to make the Tuscon fit their perameters. They took our trade (which was 23yrs old), they paid the bank fees, and just went above and beyond to get me that Tuscon. After test driving I loved it even more! Then we met with Scott Chavanelle to do the paperwork. He explained everything, took his time with us and was equally great! I drove home in my new Tuscon! Our experience there at Irwin I just couldn't believe. You really feel like you're with friends who go above and beyond to give you what you want. After we were home I must have gotten 5 or 6 emails thanking Me! Then they give you all kinds of free coupons for maintenance and other things. Not only would I recommend this dealership but I wouldn't go anywhere else! If you go to any other delearship and not Irwin you're making a mistake! More
We bought a Hyundai SantaFe and within 6 months it needed a new transmission. Hyundai does not replace it with a new on but a rebuilt on. Multiple other problems with this car until the engine went. Hyundai and Irwin refused to work with us saying it was our fault. Since then we have found web sites citing numerous complaints with Hyundai products and Hyundai’s failure to honor their warrantee. I had a great experience with Irwin Hyundai. I had to buy a new car in a short time frame, since my previous car was rear-ended and totaled. I went through several dealers in Maine and New Hampshire. Irwin's salesmen Steve and Ed were highly professional, knowledgeable and I never felt pressured. Irwin's finance person Scott explained me all the papers that I was signing. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. Irwin's prices are very competitive and they will not try to take advantage you either with pricing or financing. I think they deserve the reputation that they have and I would enthusiastically recommend Irwin Hyundai to anyone. Irwin Hyundai e-mailed me several times even after my purchase, which indicates that they actually care about their customers before and after the purchase. They will be my number 1 choice next time I buy a car as well. Thank you Irwin for making my experience so much better! More

I've been pleased with the service I've received and would defintely recommend my friends and family to buy their next car there. You may or may not be able to find the car you want at a lower price at would defintely recommend my friends and family to buy their next car there. You may or may not be able to find the car you want at a lower price at another dealership but I bet you wont find another dealership as committed to service as these guys. Keep up the good work! More
