I have been very pleased with Irwin's Hyundai service department. My 2006 Elantra has 150,000 miles on it and they keep it running smoothly and safely. In their showroom they have a plaque that says words to the effect that they understand that consumers have resources available and access to information, that they will answer questions honestly and that they will give the buyer "room to breathe." And in fact that is exactly what they did: I worked with Frank Cacciatore and found him to be a consummate professional. He knew the product line inside and out. He was very responsive to any questions and issues that arose. He explained the features of different trim levels expertly. We were able to get to a very realistic price (which beat out a high volume, big city dealer) very easily and with no drama. The financing through Hyundai Credit was smooth. In fact the whole experience was just as smooth as my new car rides. I would happily recommend Irwin Hyundai and Frank Cacciatore to anyone. More

In addition, I had not had a chance to report back on Sales until now. Adham was great! He listened to my must haves and delivered exactly want I wanted in my upgrade with out trying to push all the extras. Crystal was humorous during the contractual stage and was assistive later with my questions. Overall my two visit to Irwin Hyundai meeting four of the team members was pleasant and comfortable.
