Having driven my mom's old sonata into the ground, it was time for me to buy my own car. I decided that I would purchase a Hyundai. After all, why switch brands when you know what you are getting? My dad helped me find my perfect car online with the help of Irwin Hyundai's internet sales manager. Although I live in seacoast NH, I was able to save almost $2,000 on the purchase of an identical car by travelling to Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. The 60 minute drive saved this college girl a lot of money. My dealership sales representative was Craig Johnson. I was cordially greeted at the entrance and welcomed to the dealership. Craig helped me make my first time experience of buying my own car very easy! Every employee in the dealership was very friendly, but Craig was wonderful to work with. He explained the new vehicle features and explained the financing process. After the test drive, I knew that this was the car for me. Bank approval was smooth and I qualified for very competitive rates and terms. This college girl has a new "Marathon Blue" Accent for about $200 a month with $0 down!!!. The finance manager ( Amy Gill) explained the paperwork that had to be completed to finalize the sale. Amy explained the paperwork to me and my parents and fully answered my questions. She also gave me some advise on how to maintain and improve my FICO scores. I arrived at 10:05AM Saturday morning and I was on my way home with Tiffany ( I named my car already ) by 12:55PM. New car purchased in about 3 hours total (test drive, finance approval, paperwork signing, car prep, and delivery). Can it get any easier? I doubt it. We found the car we wanted online and worked out the pricing with the Internet Manager. We went in for a test drive, etc., we agreed to purchase the car and then waited for four hours to complete the s pricing with the Internet Manager. At the end of the four hours, our "salesman", Craig Johnson, was more concerned about making sure I completed this review, he even checked to see if I completed it, while we were waiting for the car to be "cleaned". The cleaning they did was not worth the wait, they cleaned half the car and did a swipe on the dashboard and left us with an overwhelming oily smell. I had an issue with the car on the ride home, when I spoke to Mr. Johnson about it the next day, I was blown off. I thought that perhaps they may want to help me out after just purchasing the car from them, he told me I would be better off finding a dealership a little closer to home. However, Mr. Johnson was quick to ask about completing this survey. In an email from Mr. Johnson the following day, he manages again to ask me to complete this survey. I sent an email to the Finance Manager with some financial documents, in the email I asked to receive a confirmation from him that he received it and that the additional key they found would be mailed out to me. It has been three days and still no response, however, the bank called and told me they received the paperwork, In my opinion, all they car about is the sale and not the customer service after the sale. However, we are very happy with our car. More
My husband and I stopped by Irwin Hyundai on Saturday so that I could test drive a Santa Fe. I love the exterior design of this vehicle and although I am a tried and true Subaru owner, I wanted to see what that I could test drive a Santa Fe. I love the exterior design of this vehicle and although I am a tried and true Subaru owner, I wanted to see what the Santa Fe was all about. It exceeded my expectations, as did the service that we received as soon as we walked on the dealership lot on Saturday. I have only had the vehicle for 3 days however I am absolutely certain that I made the right choice in vehicle as well as in the company that I will be dealing with for the time that I own my vehicle. I know that if I call Kevin, he will be attentive. There are so many awesome features on this vehicle that I know I'll be calling or stopping in soon for him to remind me of how to operate them all! More
I was nervous entering the dealership by myself but I was met by a very friendly salesperson. He was very knowledgable about the car I was looking into and able to answer all of my questions. I was looking for a unique used truck and Irwin had it. My salesman was Sal Vespa, he was kind, polite and quick to listen to my concerns. Our sales representative, Joe Collie from Irwin Hyundai, was great and made buying our new 2014 Santa Fe an enjoyable experience. Last year (2013) my husband and I stopped in at Irwin Hyundai to get an oil change and we decided to test drive a 2-13 Santa Fe while we were waiting. We currently owned a 2003 Santa Fe and knew we would eventually want to replace it with a new Santa Fe. We met with Joe Collie at that time to test drive a 2013 Santa Fe even though we were not in a position to buy a new vehicle at that time. We liked Joe so much that when we started looking to buy a new 2014 vehicle, we specifically asked for Joe at Irwin Hyundai because of his customer service skills and great personality. We could have gone to any Hyundai dealership to purchase our vehicle but having a great sales representative like Joe made the decision for us to purchase from Irwin. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone and have already told many co-workers what a great experience I had. Karen J. More
