Once again Irwin Hyundai took great care of my car service. Having a technical issue, but still under warranty, the part was back ordered so they provided me a loaner. We had two major issues with our Genesis and have no dealerships in Northern New Hampshire. Luckily I found Irwin Hyundai in Laconia. Called and got an appointment. This trip they diagnosed the problems and told me they would order the parts. A week later got the call to return to the dealership for the repairs. Returned and problems were repaired very quickly. I hate nothing more than dealing with the annoying process of buying a car. After years of hating most dealerships I have worked with, I found a really great one and made a promise to never go anywhe process of buying a car. After years of hating most dealerships I have worked with, I found a really great one and made a promise to never go anywhere else again. Well, then I wanted a Hyundai Pallisades during a pandemic, plant shutdown and chip shortage. Begrudgingly, I realized that my "go to" dealer could not get me the car I wanted and so began the search. After visiting numerous dealerships and dealing with the most annoying salespeople, I saw that Irwin had the exact Pallasides I wanted. It surely wasn't convenient driving to Laconia two days in a row from where I live, and since I'm a MA resident, buying from a NH dealer and registering a car is never quick and easy. However, I could not be happier with my experience and really appreciate the honesty and welcoming feeling I had while working with Chris Branch. He took the time to show me every bell and whistle for the car I was looking at, pleasantly engaged with my 10-year -old son and never made me feel pressured. He gave me his full attention while I was there and even after I had purchased the vehicle. I would highly recommend Irwin and Chris! I love my new car...thanks!!! :) More
