He was personable and experienced and never once tried to sell me something I was not interested in. This dealership was one that my family has dealt with for years, but then left due to their favorite salesman leaving. That has completely changed after dealing with Frank. My experience at Irwin Hyundai blew me away. Not only did I get the best Hyundai Sonata deal in three states (New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire), but he found me a loan with an APR rate that was way lower than the one I brought in (and mine was already one of the lowest many dealers have seen). The car color and condition were superb and my rep (Mike) was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He didn't even try to turn an extra buck by tacking on unnecessary warranties or rust-proofing or anything like that. The process was quick, fair, and completely transparent. To top it off, he recommended an amazing steak and lobster place for dinner (and it was amazing). A+ experience at Irwin Hyundai - I've already started recommending it to everyone I know. More
