Always a pleasant experience at Irwin Hyundai I had my 7500 mile service on my 2015 Sonata at Irwin Hyundai. Bob Cote was the service rep and as usual he took a personal interest in seeing that a I had my 7500 mile service on my 2015 Sonata at Irwin Hyundai. Bob Cote was the service rep and as usual he took a personal interest in seeing that all the necessary service items and warranty issues were addressed. He accurately predicted the costs and time for the service to be completed and arranged a ride on the Hyundai van so I could have a leisurely breakfast in town while the service was performed. I have also had my wife's 2011 Sonata serviced at Irwin and the service is also outstanding whether it is Bob Cote or Dennis Ackley. This is a no pressure operation that gets things done efficiently with the customer's comfort and convenience in mind.
