Great Experience! I loved my experience. I test drove 3 different cars and found no pressure to buy any one of them. I ended up purchasing a beautiful stick shift Elant I loved my experience. I test drove 3 different cars and found no pressure to buy any one of them. I ended up purchasing a beautiful stick shift Elantra. It is honestly the most fun car I've ever owned! Very zippy and hugs the road. Joe Collie was a great salesman. My son bought a car from him last April and had a great experience so I looked him up when I went over. Joe remembered my son (even remembered it was my son's birthday when he sold him his car). I felt Joe was very relaxed and gave me the time I needed to make up my mind on what car I wanted. One of the cars I test drove was far more expensive than the one I actually purchased but he never pressured me to buy it. I felt no pressure at all from him about anything - which I really appreciated. There is another Joe in Parts and Service. He bent over backwards to make sure I had everything I needed. Really made me feel like I was the most important person in his day. Overall experience was great! I would definitely go back! More

We drove down to Laconia the next day, where we met our salesperson, Adham Darwish, who was extremely helpful, charming, gentlemanly and knowledgeable. My husband and I are both technophobes, and Adham was very thorough and informative in explaining the many new technological features in the 2016 Hyundai Elantra we purchased to replace our 2003 Elantra. Additionally, as a female, I am used to being ignored at automobile dealerships--but thankfully, this was not the case here. All in all, this was perhaps the most pleasant car buying experience we've had in the past 40 years, and our final price on our new 2016 Hyundai Elantra was even lower than the price we saw quoted on Edmunds.com, and without any haggling! He looked through the inventory and found exactly what we were looking for. We had negative equity on our car meaning that we owed more on the loan than our car was worth. We knew that we would have to roll the remainder of our loan onto the new loan. Steve didn't beat around the bush he told us right away that the numbers may not come back the way we would like, but he was happy to crunch the numbers for us and see what he could offer. We turned down the first offer that he came back with and told him that it was nothing against him we just couldn't swing it. We thought that was it and we weren't going to get the SUV. He immediately went back and had them crunch some more numbers and came back with an offer that we couldn't refuse! He got us more money for our trade and was able to keep our monthly payment close to what we were already paying on our current car. He was great to work with! He wanted to make sure that we would be happy and he wanted to make sure we walked out with the car we wanted! More

It is not often that I learn something new about cars at a car dealership but on the occasion of my visit (state inspection, oil and filter change) I did. And THAT impressed me. Dennis processed my car exactly in line what we had previously discussed on the telephone. He is friendly, composed, knowledgeable, enjoyable to deal with (as is his colleague Bob Cote). The time I spent waiting for my car was not a waste at all. It was refreshing to deal with a person who knows his profession inside out - my compliments.
