I wanted to let you know how professional and friendly Kaylynn Brown was. I was greeted by her with a smile and asked are you here for service or can I help you with something? Kaylynn got me right in and made sure everything was explained to me on what was being done for the service. While waiting they realized that my cabin filter needed to be changed. Not only did she bring it out for me to see and ask me if I wanted to have it replaced, she didn’t pressure me to have it done that day. I did request that they change it that day. The service that I receive at Irwin Hyundai is the best that I have ever had. This will be my 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Irwin’s and one of the reason’s is the service that I receive every time I come in. Thank you for giving me the best service.
