This was my first time at Irwin. I drove over an hour to see a a specific car and it was everything I had hoped for! Shawn was wonderful to work with. We drove for 3 hours to get a Hybrid Elantra. We put a deposit down a few days before we could get there to secure the vehicle (there are very few around). We moved to Lakes Region the first of 5he year. We have been a customer since Jan. 2021. The people are great -- friendly and knowledgeable and personable. Once we had an issue on a Friday afternoon.
