I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer over the past 10 years and it couldn't be any easier. My most recent purchase was an '08 F-150 4X4. The salesman had assured me that he had several trucks on the lot, but when I came down to look, each one was missing something that I wanted and I really didn't want to compromise, so he made an on-line search and found what I was looking for with the necessary options. They had to travel out of state to pick up the new truck a few days later. The new truck did not have the wheel to wheel running boards that were important to me,however, so they made arraingments to switch the ones from my truck to the new one. This ended up having to be done at the original installers facility in another town at no additional cost to me, which meant both trucks had to be delivered to the installer. They were accomodating in other areas as well, such as providing a rental vehicle and quickly correcting a problem with one of the doors on the new vehicle. The salesman was friendly (it helps that we both enjoy the outdoors and had lots to talk about) and the process moved along smoothly. I will check with Irwin's first for my next vehicle purchase.
