I’m new to the area. I’ve always had my car serviced at Rodman Ford in Foxboro MA and was a little nervous about changing. I stopped in to Irwin Ford to make an appointment for an oil change and tire assessment on my 2013 Ford Edge. Talked to Lloyd who was professional, personable and set me up with an appointment. When I came for my appointment it was Lloyd who helped me again. He explained how it was all going to go. He called me when my car was ready, answered questions I had about tires and again was very personable. I appreciate the service, his taking the time to help me and answering my questions. Service appt for oil change/tire rotation at 7am. Got there early but my car wasn’t taken in until 7:20. My car was out of the garage by 8 but I patiently waited 20 minutes before asking when i would be there early but my car wasn’t taken in until 7:20. Staff were very friendly but 1 3/4 hours for an oil change/tire rotation with a 7am appt time is annoying! More
