I've been coming here many years. Purchased my last 4 vehicles from Irwins and had them serviced here, and will continue to do so. I have never had a bad or unsatisfactory experience. I am pleased to say. That in having cars serviced over 50 years I find that Irwin (The Irwin Zone) is one of the best if not the best dealer I have ever used. I recently had a battery put in my 2006 Mustang. My warranty ran out so I had to pay for it. He told me the price for a new battery was 150 dollars. I thought that was a lot of money so he checked to s warranty ran out so I had to pay for it. He told me the price for a new battery was 150 dollars. I thought that was a lot of money so he checked to see if they had any batteries that were on sale. He found one and ordered it for me and told me it would be their the following morning. He called me at 7:15 the next morning and said it was in and that I could come in and he would try to fit me in. I did and I was out 45 minutes later. I told him that I appreciated his help and I was charged only 110 dollars. You have a good group of people there.Keep up the good work. More
It was time to trade. I chgecked out Ford and GM on line. The Wall Street Journal has much praise for Ford-built cars. My father had worked for GM, so, out of "brand loyalty", I went to Chevrolet first (I was driving a Chevrolet). My wife and I bought two Fords from Irwin in the 1980's and early '90's and had good experiences with the cars and the dealership. I checked out a Chevrolet Cobalt and decided to go to Irwin and check out a Ford focus. Jared Warren met us and we went for a test drive. Jared was very knowledgeable. I decided to "buy". Things looked better than at Chevrolet and the car (Focus) seemed better too. Jared took me through the paperwork. He never pressured me and answered all my questions fully. Dennis Marhefka want through the warrantee and extended warrantee and all those extra features. Again, we were never pressured and everything was explained well. When it was finished, I had a "package" that I was satisfied with and had no "second thoughts" about anything in it. Jared Warren was ill when I picked up ther car, so Erik Faro toook his place. He walked me thgrough the paperwork. Again, he was very knowledgeable and explained exerything fully. I asked him to take a picture of me with my trade-in and he did it cheerfully. The new Ford (Focus) is a great car. I have confidence that the dealership will keep that car on the road for many years (it may outlast GM) as they did with cars I purchased from them before. A great bunch of people are working there. More
Irwin is a great place to go for service or to purchase a vehicle. I just had my truck serviced and was pleased with the work. This was a 30,000 mile service and it was still very reasonable. After they credited my Ford Advantage Dollars and removed the charge for rotating my tires it was even better. I Purchased the tires there so rotation is free and easy as it is always done in conjunction with regular service. I have always had good expieriences there and the few times things didn't got perfectly they were promptly corrected. More

I have been having my cars & light trucks serviced for the past 50 years. I can say without any EXAGGERATION that Irwin has the best fastest & fair service, I have had in my 50 years of having thing done the past 50 years. The price is lower or competitive than most dealer & service centers. This is also why I bought a new Ford Edge from Irwin. More

Paul has handled each of my service visits. He's been very thorough and patient, and has an excellent grasp of assessing the problem and deciding the action that should be taken. Jeff worked with me on a problem with Voice Sync in my 2008 Eddie Bauer Explorer and also demonstrated a lot of patience. Most recently, I had a problem with the dome light turning on by itself while driving. Paul and I worked on pinning down when it would happen, and then I worked with Brian to demonstrate how to duplicate the problem in the shop. The ignition lock cylinder had play in it causing it to short and turn on the dome light. Yesterday, the lock cylinder was replaced and the problem has been resolved. I believe Brian did the repair, but I'm not certain. Lastly, I should point out that when I purchased the vehicle, my wife and I dealt with Rick John in Sales. He, too, was very professional and really worked to balance his allegiance to the dealership, and his desire to address our needs. Unfortunately, he is no longer with the dealership, however, I have every reason to believe that the Sales department operates with the same ethics that Rick demonstrated during our purchase negotiations. My dealings with the parts department has been excellent, as well. I had numerous dealings with the parts department for my previous explorer (1996 XLT) which I finally parted with after nearly 224,000 miles. They're always willing to take the time to look up installation instructions and very knowledgable in suggesting alternatives, or additional "likely-needed" parts when I was taking care of my 1996. Arriving there, I was greeted very warmly and again accommodated while paperwork was filled out and checked. It was an 'uneventful' event as far as the purchase went.
