The salesmen are friendly, very helpful without being pushy, and accommodating about the financial aspect of the sale. Although we live c.130 miles from this dealer's location in Laconia, NH, the drive through the rain and snow was well worth it. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

After trying out a few test drive vehicles, we left to think about some options with a follow up appointment the following week. Micheal again greeted us with a warm welcome and an assured smile of confidence. We drove away that day in our new 2010 leased Lincoln MKZ. Micheal not only sold us this vehicle he followed up with any concerns we had and continues to check to see if we are still satisfied. Finally, we decided to look further from home and found Irwin's online. They had a couple, so we contacted Irwin's via the internet and came down on a Sunday to look them over. We found what we wanted, at a great price. In one day we had the vehicle under contract, financing approved, and it was ready for us to pick up!
