I had a VERY positive experience buying a used Ford Explorer Sport Trac from Irwin Ford in Laconia NH. Irwin Ford made the looking, driving, and closing of this deal a worthwhile experience. They were NEVER pushy. They never brought out half the Sales force, sales Managager, or finance dept. to pressure my wife and I into buying my slightly used Ford Explorer Sport Trac. After the sale they followed up nicely with a couple of open issues we had and continued till they were resolved. Buddy Sickinger and the rest of the people at Irwin Ford have won our Customer Loyality. We will NEVER buy another vehicle from any one else - and when our friends are looking for a new or used car/truck....we know exactly where to send them....IRWIN FORD of LACONIA. This summer has been an extremely difficult time for me with my husband in the hospital and my need to be home. My Edge was overdue for a 10,000 mile checkup and I could not figure out how to make the 45 with my husband in the hospital and my need to be home. He not only did all that, but returned the car shiny clean minus the mouse nest in the air filter and refused any compensation for himself. It's difficult to express how much his kindness and the wonderful staff at Irwin Motors affected my life. I purchased a used Ford Escape. Within the 1st day I noticed a rattle that they said was nothing. Then my ABS light and 4x4 light when on. I figured out the rattle it was the whole front bumper that was noticed a rattle that they said was nothing. Then my ABS light and 4x4 light when on. I figured out the rattle it was the whole front bumper that was broken and the steering links were bad. I brought it back and complained they fixed the ABS and 4x4. However told me they wouldn't fix the bumper and wanted me to praise them for fixing the links. I said don't you put these used cars in your shop? To which Betty Bellantyne replied, we opt NOT to fix certain things on cars that is how we have the best price around. I said I came here to buy a safe used vechile. I had no idea that you pick and choose repairs. Betty said that is how we keep our prices low! I will NOT be going back! More
