What a great place to buy a vehicle. They were such a friendly group of people, every where you turned there was someone there to help you. Joe was great, he knew exactly what we were looking for and he friendly group of people, every where you turned there was someone there to help you. My husband didn't even have to test drive the car, Joe came around the corner with it and my husband says "That's the one"!!! We have been in love since!!! Absolutely loved our experience! This was the third time in a row purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, which speaks volumes in itself. This time we traded our '07 Ford Edge for a '10 Lincoln MKX, and in a row purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, which speaks volumes in itself. This time we traded our '07 Ford Edge for a '10 Lincoln MKX, and although these cars have the same chassis and body, there are countless differences. Our salesman, Glenn Buehl took the time to make sure we really understood how to use all the features of the MKX. He even set up our SYNC account online, and went through the entire set-up of syncing the phone to the onboard system. He assisted us in selecting the best accessories for our needs, and worked with the service department to schedule installation of our remote start. Throughout the entire process we were amazed at the depth of Glenn's knowledge of the various makes and models and their individual features, his ability to anticipate needs, his willingness to assist with so many details, and how easy he made the entire process for us. Mr. Ray Landry was great. The front tire on the passenger side was damaged....my son had driven the car and hit the curb. I came to the Service Department without an appointment at 7:30 AM on a weekday. I told Mr. Landry my situation and he immediately accessed the condition of my tire--and said that I needed a new one. He told me to have a seat in the waiting room and he would have it taken care of and get me out as soon as possible. He did and I was able to get to work on time.. Mr. Landry's customer service and professionalism was superior. More
