So for the last year my wife and I have been trying to get a car and was trying every where but evrywhere we were going we got rejected because I have no credit an score of 0. We got rejected from 9 different auto place and we were about to just give up. Until I got a call from Irwin and siad I was preapproved for a car. To be honest I was a little sceptical on it. We decided to check it out anyways. When we got there it felt vary welcoming something I've NEVER felt form other places. We got intrduced to a dealer by the name of Mike D. He was stright forward and didnt beat around the bush. We told him that we needed to finace. After 1 hour he let us take a car we were looking at for a test drive half way through it he told us we were approved and that the car was ours. He did something noone else would and just give us a chance. I would recommind anyone who has bad credit or no credit or if your just looking for a great car with the best dealers Ive ever meet. Service was great. Ray was helpful every step of the way. Called me to let me know what was needed for inspection and at what stage different things were at. I will start off with I like going to a dealership as much as most people like going to the dentist but my experience with Steve and Ray has been exceptional! I purchased a 2013 F350 dump truck from Ste much as most people like going to the dentist but my experience with Steve and Ray has been exceptional! I purchased a 2013 F350 dump truck from Steve and he did everything in his power to make the experience a pleasant one and to get us in and out as fast as possible, while still making sure to cover everything about the vehicle and purchase. At the time I was also looking at another truck at another dealership but the package and service Steve put together sold the truck. Shortly after having the truck we noticed wear on the front tire that wasn't normal and we called for service. Although we had a bit of a stumble in the beginning Ray Landry stepped in to make sure we were not only satisfied this time but that we would be in the future as well. He even offered to pick up the truck and bring it in as he lives in the same town as myself. This reminded me of the commercials for the bank that "goes way beyond" the call of customer service! Not only am I extremely happy to have found this team to work with I have even been back peeking on the inventory as we have one if not two more trucks that need replacements and I am a DIE HARD FORD fan. I called Gene and left a message, and he returned my call by the end of the day! I told him I was looking for an F250, red and no frills not even electric windows. We talked about price, we had a price in mi by the end of the day! I told him I was looking for an F250, red and no frills not even electric windows. We talked about price, we had a price in mind and Gene was spot on. He's honest and we found that quite nice. He searched, found one and within the week it was there. We set an appointment that was good for us, it was later in the day but he didn't mind staying later. While we were doing paperwork we chatted about things we had in common, like hunting, which made the time seem to fly by. The truck was perfect, exactly what I wanted, delivered when promised, clean and shinny and the price was just what I hoped for. All and all a good experience and I can honestly say I'll be back to purchase my next truck. Thanks Gene! More
