I have been in a pinch twice in the past 10 years with a need for a new vehicle in the moment. Not only has Irwin Ford had the exact vehicle both times I needed one, but both times I walked in with no notic need for a new vehicle in the moment. Not only has Irwin Ford had the exact vehicle both times I needed one, but both times I walked in with no notice and was treated very well. This past visit I had the pleasure of working with Seamus Mcnally. I was not an easy sell. I looked at several vehicles and there was never a point of frustration from Seamus, he is the definition of professional. I drove away in the exact vehicle that I had been on the Ford website custom building. It was getting late and dark when Seamus had tried to walk me though how to use my new Explorer. I had asked him if I could return in a couple days to get a full tutorial to which he replied absolutely. It was another sign that I was where I was supposed to be! Dennis Marhefka worked on my financing and got me far more than I had expected. In short I ended up with a better rate, a great warranty and peace of mind. More
