I was very limited on time, and Salvatore was able to pair me with Bob Travers to get me the keys and throw the dealer plate on so I could take a quick test drive while they appraised my trade-in. Bob was working with another customer, but was able to quickly get my information after the drive, give me a price on my trade-in, take a deposit on the truck (knowing my time constraints) and set an appointment with me for the next day to talk numbers... all without inconveniencing his other customers. I met with Bob the next day, was able to take another test drive with my family, discussed price, and signed on my new truck! Easy, straight-forward, no hassle, no pressure. No "pushing to purchase." Exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle purchase... Exactly what I received. Thank you again, Bob, for your assistance in getting me the truck I need! Thanks! More
No Customer Service skills I first contacted Irwin through the Website regarding a vehicle I saw that I was interested in. They told me it was still available and invited me up I first contacted Irwin through the Website regarding a vehicle I saw that I was interested in. They told me it was still available and invited me up to look at it. I drove 45 mins up there and found the vehicle. It took a little bit to get a salesperson and when I did he was dealing with another Customer. I told him I needed to know what I could get for my trade so I was not wasting my time. It took over two and a half hours to finally get numbers that were no where near what I was expecting and the vehicle I was looking at was not even able to be driven for a Test Drive which I was not told so I drive up there for nothing. I contacted the Dealership multiple times after trying to make some kind of deal since I had been treated so poorly when I was there. I would get a email and then after I would respond I would not hear back for over a week at which point I would write another email asking why I had not heard anything. There were other vehicles I was interested in also but there were issues with every vehicle I asked about even though the Website did not specify any issues. This place is a Huge waste of time. More

He was sad to inform me that the vehicle that was both in our price range and perfect for our family had just been sold. We contined looking elsewhere. A few weeks later, we had still not found a vehicle, when I received a voice mail from Scott saying that the vehicle we loved was back on thr lot! I was so thrilled he had remembered us. We went in the next day and he set us up with a great rate, even though we thought we would have a hard time getting financed. He was honest right from the beginning with us, the good and bad, and we liked that! It was overall a great, painless experience! And I love my new, used car! More

I decided to give Irwin Motors an opportunity to provide a quote. I met with Scott Heywood and specified a vehicle. After negotiation, we came to an agreement. Scott was a pleasure to deal with and also very knowledgeable. I picked up my new truck on April 10th. I previously drove a 2007 Ford F150 and am amazed at the technology and creature comforts now available in a vehicle. More

Reoccurring service problems I am never one to write a bad review and never though I would about Irwin Automotive Group I bought my car there and it was a pleasant experience. My new car I have brought to Irwin's for service one for a tire rotation and one for an inspection, I will never go there again. I would travel the extra distance to get my service done seeing as it pertains to my safety. I had my inspection recently, Previous to my inspection I had notice a knocking noise coming from the front of the car when the front wheels went over pot holes.. I was a assured by service that the wheels were taken off and they looked at brakes and suspension pieces as a part of a "safety" inspection and it was even written in the report that I received of all measurements and things that were done to the vehicle. Not so safe taking your car to Irwin's it appears. I have noticed a shake in the steering wheel while driving and the persistent knocking even after the safety inspection. I brought my car to a different dealership and told them it was shaking and knocking and thought it maybe needed an alignment. I was called at work a couple hours later at work and was told I was very lucky I brought my car in when I did because my wheels were not torqued properly, and It could have been bad if it wasn't corrected. At this point I was having flash backs to a previous experience I had in my mothers car, after bringing the car to Irwin's,we was flagged down by a cop driving down the road, he told us that he could see by driving behind us that our rear wheels wear shaking and were not secured properly and it was unsafe. Brought the vehicle back to Irwins and they acted like no big deal, that shouldn't have been the first clue to not go to this dealer's service anymore. Two occurrences to the same person where Irwin Service doesn't know how to torque wheels onto a car correctly. Not only for ride comfort, but for safety at the very least not damaging rims and at worst the wheel actually breaking off the vehicle. I was assured by service at another Toyota dealership that this was not something that could happen by my driving (i live on a dirt road with lots of large pot holes) He said that it couldn't happen to this degree from driving, and I am lucky. I'm glad something was watching over me even if it wasn't the dealer my family and I have brining our cars to for almost 15 years. Very disappointed and will not be going back. If they can't do something as torque wheels properly I would be afraid to know what else could go wrong in a car serviced there. Irwin has lost my family and I as service customers, on the other hand I would return to sales at Irwins. More

My husband was looking for a Ford F150 and that is what the vehicle was. We took it out for a test drive and my husband liked it. We left a deposit and arranged to have financing done. Between Scott and Josh Glazier they were able to get us financing even though we didn't have the best of credit and Josh was able to get the monthly payment under the amount we had limited ourselves to. More
