Quick no hassle experience My wife and I traded in our RAV4 for a new one, our salesman was Scott Hayward, he was very easy to deal with, he was definitely not the "typical car My wife and I traded in our RAV4 for a new one, our salesman was Scott Hayward, he was very easy to deal with, he was definitely not the "typical car salesman"! We were in the dealership for a little less than 3 hours which I think is fast when negotiating and buying a car. This is our third vehicle from Irwin's and over all our fifth. We will certainly do business with Irwins again and recommend the same for our family and friends. I would also like to mention John Murphy who did the leg work to get my wife and to walk through the door when we did, if not for him we would've waited until our lease was up but instead he convinced us to come early which was great since we didn't feel any pressure to get a deal done which took the stress off of my wife who is not a procrastinator!
