Made an appointment for routine service and a recall item inspection, and was told it would take an hour. When I got there for the appointment they didn't have a record of the work to do on paper. Then, after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting, I was told me they could not do the inspection, and that it would be a bit longer for the routine checkup. This was the third time I made an appointment for the steering Toyota recall inspection and they reneged on doing it after I was there each time. A lot of wasted time. Assistant Service Manager Bob Abbott said I would have to come back for another time and it would take a couple of hours. I swore at him in a pique and said it was never coming back. He said I was rude and should "step outside." Never going back. Beware. Horrible service. More

I usually dread the thought of new car shopping but Scott made our experience a most pleasant one. We called a head of time and gave Scott some thoughts of what we were looking for in a car. He had cars ready at the door for us to test drive when we arrived. Scott was spot on with his recommendations and we drove away last night in a Ford Edge Titanium. I highly recommend Scott to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used car in the future. You won't be disappointed! More

I have bought quite a few vehicles for someone my age and have to say I just purchased a 2015 F-150 from Irwin Ford, my salesperson was Scott Hayward. I have bought quite a few vehicles for someone my age and have to say I found the whole team at Irwin's to be way above average with my other sales experiences. For reference, I have bought from Banks Chevrolet, Autofair Ford (horrible), Belknap Subaru, Manchester Subaru and Ed Reilly Subaru. While some of those stated below were good, Irwin's was a step above all in nearly all departments. I was originally cross-shopping the Tacoma and F-150 and saw Irwin was lowest in the area on price for both trucks. I ordered a 2016 Tacoma but ended up needing a truck sooner so I switched to the F-150. Scott was very patient even though I had changed my mind between trucks a few times. He answered all of my questions and is a very nice guy to be around. I had outside financing and their finance department made the integration effortless. Jess in accessories gave me a great quote on a line-x liner and is quick to get back to you. Good folks down at Irwin's, I'll be back! More

Corey helped me get everything looked over by the tech and explained the results to me at pick-up. He was sensitive to my time constraints and had me back in my vehicle in no time. Poor repair service quality I recently had my truck serviced there. When I got my truck back my steering was not locked, which I didn't realize until I had to break suddenly and I recently had my truck serviced there. When I got my truck back my steering was not locked, which I didn't realize until I had to break suddenly and my steering pushed all the way down. I wouldn't think that coming from a Ford dealership service I would have to inspect my truck after it was repaired. I was also displeased with the fact after the part on my truck was replaced that it was not fully tested and verified that everything worked properly. It did not and I had to drop off my truck again the next day. On the key drop off form I specifically wrote to make sure that my steering wheel gets relocked after the service. It again was not, again. I would recommend that you fully inspect your vehicle before you leave the dealership after a service. More
