Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Can't say enough about the Irwin Auto Group as a dealership, and Scott Hayward in particular who was our sales associate. We wanted a used Prius in n Can't say enough about the Irwin Auto Group as a dealership, and Scott Hayward in particular who was our sales associate. We wanted a used Prius in nice condition, with low mileage, that was well priced - not an easy find! And, we were the unenviable position of having to get a car right away. To make matters even more complicated, we live over two hours from the dealership, so we needed to be assured the car we coming to get was accurately represented - and it was - a total cream puff!!! Scott also made sure that everything was pulled together to make the sale happen smoothly, so we could be on our way as quickly as possible. We definitely will be getting our next car at Irwin!!! Their huge selection, no nonsense/customer centered approach make it the go to dealership in northern New England. More

Often I am trying to schedule appointments at the last minute as my schedule is always changing. The folks in the service department at Irwin are always willing to try and work with me(and try and fit my service in at the last minute),so I can keep my vehicle’s maintenance up to date. This is a huge benefit for me as my schedule is always changing. Not to mention that the service is always done right. All to often people don’t stop to give a positive review. If time is taken it is usually to complain and find fault. I’m glad that I only have positive feedback to give to Irwin. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU!!! More

Dennis helped me with warranty information and he was very friendly and helpful in explaining exactly what he felt I would need based on past experiences. A perfect experience Rating my experience with getting a new Lincoln on several parameters: * Price - 5 stars: by far the best quote I got from close to a dozen of MA and Rating my experience with getting a new Lincoln on several parameters: * Price - 5 stars: by far the best quote I got from close to a dozen of MA and NH dealerships * Communications - 4 stars: deducting one star for minor delays in status updates that happened over the course of this transaction, factory order to delivery (which I think were caused by the factory) - but otherwise timely, proactive, and to the point * Responsiveness - 5 stars: there was a number of back-and-forths involved in the negotiations, and in every instance, the response was concise and instantaneous * Delivery - 5 starts: all in all, took me about half an hour from walking in to driving away in the new car, paperwork, vehicle transfer, and technology packages setup including All in all, my impression is that this a no-nonsense dealership which focuses on delivering actual value to its customers, and does it very well. Special kudos to Howard Cullen who babysat the deal end to end, and who had all the necessary actions completed before I even had a chance to ask. More
