I had my 2019 Ford Edge serviced at Irwin Ford on December 11th. I have been leasing my cars there since the late 1980’s. The sales and service departments are dependable and trustworthy. My regular service appointment yesterday was completed in a timely fashion, and the service representative was cordial and professional. In addition, the waiting area had been rearranged to ensure the safety and social distancing protection for each customer. Thanks to Howard Cullen, from whom I lease my cars, I had signed up for the FordPass app which provided me with the benefit of not having to pay for my oil change, tire rotation, etc. More
I brought my Ford Escape in to Irwin Ford initially for a recall on the door locks. They completed the inspection and did a check of my car also. I have known I would need tires soon. They explained that my tires definitely needed to be replaced soon . They gave me an estimate for 4tires with the completed recall paperwork. No pressure whatsoever! A week later after I read the estimate I called to make appt to get tires. I could not believe the great price and warranty I received. Ed was very knowledgeable and even applied for a rebate for me!! I am very happy with Irwin Ford and will return to them for any future needs for my Ford Escape. More

Started out a bit rocky. After having made a reservation for service to my F250 a week in advance and receiving 3 email reminders for the appointment, I arrived at my appointment time after a 1.5 hr drive f for service to my F250 a week in advance and receiving 3 email reminders for the appointment, I arrived at my appointment time after a 1.5 hr drive from home to find the service dept. had no record of my appointment. After being told I would have to wait an additional 3 hrs to get service and voicing my displeasure, they were able to get me in on time and everything went smoothly from there.
