I was all set to purchase a subaru at another dealer because they were closer. I contacted Irvine dealership only because I wanted special rims that the other dealer did not go out of their way to find because they were closer. Great price, and friendly sales people. I also had considered a Kia, but the dealer that I went to was not too helpful. I am so pleased with my experience at Frank's Irvine Subaru. Richard Thornton, my salesman, showed me many automobiles on the lot - we discussed various aspects of each one. My first visit, I did not want to test drive - but the next day I test drove and loved the 2011 Subaru Out Back - it was a honey. There was never any pressure to buy or to make a decision. I was treated with respect and kindness. There were several ways that I could make the purchase and their financing interest charge was the same as my bank's. I am really pleased with the overall experience. More

I just leased a new car here. My first ever lease. The people here are quick, honest & no hassle. I was set on buying a VW until Irvine VW lied to me about pricing to get me in and then increased the pri people here are quick, honest & no hassle. I was set on buying a VW until Irvine VW lied to me about pricing to get me in and then increased the price 30%. I left VW upset and saw the Subaru dealer. My friend ravs about his Subaru so i pulled in.... Within an hour u had pricing and they stuck to it. And i got a MUCH better vehicle and am paying a lot less than VW. Buy or lease your car at Irvine Subaru. You'll be VERY happy with your decision! More
