Amazing! That does not even begin to describe the service we received from Desiree at Irvine Subaru. She jumped right into to help us, answered all of our questions and did not waste time trying to sell us o we received from Desiree at Irvine Subaru. I was all set to purchase a subaru at another dealer because they were closer. I contacted Irvine dealership only because I wanted special rims that the other dealer did not go out of their way to find because they were closer. I am so pleased with my experience at Frank's Irvine Subaru. Richard Thornton, my salesman, showed me many automobiles on the lot - we discussed various aspects of each one. My first visit, I did not want to test drive - but the next day I test drove and loved the 2011 Subaru Out Back - it was a honey. There was never any pressure to buy or to make a decision. I was treated with respect and kindness. There were several ways that I could make the purchase and their financing interest charge was the same as my bank's. I am really pleased with the overall experience. More

I just leased a new car here. My first ever lease. The people here are quick, honest & no hassle. I was set on buying a VW until Irvine VW lied to me about pricing to get me in and then increased the pri people here are quick, honest & no hassle. I was set on buying a VW until Irvine VW lied to me about pricing to get me in and then increased the price 30%. I left VW upset and saw the Subaru dealer. My friend ravs about his Subaru so i pulled in.... Within an hour u had pricing and they stuck to it. And i got a MUCH better vehicle and am paying a lot less than VW. Buy or lease your car at Irvine Subaru. You'll be VERY happy with your decision! More
