This service was related to the warranty on my tires. I appreciated that Sebastian gave the go ahead for Laura to call the MFG about the warranty. They don't usually do this apparently. Unfortunately there was no proration for the tires, and I'm not happy with Yokohama but I was happy that Laura made the effort and got all the info on my tires to communicate with the MFG. I was going to buy more tires but decided to let these tires ride until the front tires (one is a newer tire) get a little more wear on them. I still have 7 and 4 on the front. Further, the buttons for the latter were extremely difficult to re-engage, as if they were damaged in some way. But the rep who processes my car and rang me up was friendly and helpful. More
Everyone was courteous and professional that I dealt with. Unfortunately, Subaru is aware of a defect in the 2019 Outback model cover over the computer command center and has not taken steps to replace with. Unfortunately, Subaru is aware of a defect in the 2019 Outback model cover over the computer command center and has not taken steps to replace the issue of the delaminating cover, especially at no cost to the consumer. Not this dealerships issue, but a Subaru issue. To not have replacement parts available is not good consumer service. More

When your service is good, it is outstanding, but then you seem to fall short. In the last couple of months I brought my car in twice. Last month, I had a routine oil change and service. I also had my air you seem to fall short. In the last couple of months I brought my car in twice. Last month, I had a routine oil change and service. I also had my air conditioner check and a "clunk" noise. I waited and waited for an update, I called and was told my person was at lunch and would call me in 20 minutes. An hour later I called again and she was in a meeting and no one else could give me an update. I finally heard back 2 hours after my first call. Late in the day I picked up my car service was done, air was fixed and part for the clunk was ordered and paid for, told would be in "next week" and Subaru would call me. NO call several weeks. I called and was given no information then called again and disconnected. Finally last week I got an answer that the part was in so I scheduled an appointment. Dropped the car off and the clunk was fixed in record time!!! But it took your transportation 2 hours to get me back to pick up my car. I have always been very pleased with the work you have done on my car (your dealership is the only place I go) but your service often falls short. I will continue to come to you for service, but can not recommend you. More
