I have a 2021 ascent which notoriously has smaller brakes than the car really needs. I took it in as the car would shake quite bad when slowing down from highway speeds. The dealership said they put new brak than the car really needs. I took it in as the car would shake quite bad when slowing down from highway speeds. The dealership said they put new brake pads on and resurface the rotors, and that I would be good to go. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Now my brakes do a weird grind/pulsing. I took the car back in and they said they fixed it but they did not and I’m still having the same issue. I unfortunately don’t have a whole lot of trust to take it back here. The service advisor was very nice and this is in no way every reflection on him, I’m just bummed that they turned one issue into a bigger issue and now I have to go somewhere else to feel confident that it can be fixed correctly. More

Problem not addressed at all. Tire pressure light came on again 3 miles from Irvine Subaru. I was told no light came on when they drove it. I recently visited the service center for my Outback and I can confidently say that I wouldn't go anywhere else for my automotive needs. The staff were exceptionally polite, and their service was both fas I can confidently say that I wouldn't go anywhere else for my automotive needs. The staff were exceptionally polite, and their service was both fast and friendly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer. The service people were pleasant and my oil change was done in a timely manner. My only complaint is that I was told my car would be getting a car wash with my service and when I picked it up, it was clea done in a timely manner. I even got a text update that my car was being taken through the car wash, but clearly that wasn't the case. Disappointing. More
