Leo, the service advisor, was incredible. I took my Subaru in for its 60k mile service, which is a big one. He kept me informed of the progress and was very responsive. I noticed that the part of the FOB that has a clip to attach a cord was missing. When I get the metal key (on order) I hope they will have the missing part of the FOB. This is the best group of people. My only complaint was the communication regarding replacing my 5 month old tire.
