I've written a commendation directly to the dealership already, but another is warranted. Leo was my service writer, and his attention to detail, level of communication, and concern for my problem was ex already, but another is warranted. Over many years of maintaining my Forester XT this dealership's Service Dept. has shown they value my business by treating me fairly. By providing a loaner while my car is diagnosed and repaired the dealership's Service Dept. has shown they value my business by treating me fairly. By providing a loaner while my car is diagnosed and repaired they enable me to remain a customer although I'm less often around that neighborhood these days. I appreciate the relationship that their managers and service advisors have built with me. Automotive issues can be complicated, and at times expensive or time-consuming, but it's less stressful when you can trust the team handling your car. They go out of their way at Irvine Subaru to ensure customers are respected and leave feeling satisfied with the services they paid for. More
