Sam Flores is probably the very best of all the Service Reps I have encountered in the ten years since we purchased our 2014 Outback from Irvine Subaru and have always had it serviced there. Difficulty setting up appointment for a recall and once it was, they still did not have the parts so I had to re-schedule. Once rescheduled, options were not given as to the service that was also needed. N it was, they still did not have the parts so I had to re-schedule.
