Arshia was very helpful and kind throughout the process. We had shopped online before choosing this car, so we didn't take time to test drive any other vehicle. Overall, it was wonderful to drive the new baby home. I am the type of person who dreads the deal-making process at car dealers like the plague, and I wish I could say that Irvine BMW changed my mind. I do have good and bad new to report though. We were the only customers visible in the entire office area, yet it took over two hours to get the paper processing done, after we had driven and chosen the car; we were there over three-and-a-half hours total. The wait for Arshia to come back with the manager's offer was interminable, and they offered us an insulting amount for our trade in BMW. We could not accept such a horrible offer, so instead we offered a large cash deposit. After another very long delay, they offered a more-than-best-case loan at 0.9%. Yay! After another 45 minute wait for the loan docs to be printed, we met with Ken and signed the papers. In a nutshell: the good part is the car, Arshia's patience and kindness, and the loan rate. The bad part is the feeling of being manipulated by managers who won't come out and meet the customer, and the long delays waiting for decisions and paperwork. I'm delighted with the car; it's fabulous. I'm unhappy that we're forced to now sell my old BMW ourselves. I'm grateful for Arshia's professionalism (I felt sorry for him as he had to deliver the insulting offer). I wish I had brought an epic-length novel to read while we waited. More

Went above and beyond to help me My sunroof shade got stuck open. I brought it into Irvine BMW to have it serviced. It was a complex repair, but Richard kept me updated throughout and although my shade was out of warranty, Irvine BMW went to bat for me and convinced BMW to cover the repair.
