I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 BMW 750i recently and within 3 months of purchase front bumper paint started to bubble and flake off large sections. The problem is, when you buy a Certified Pre Owne and within 3 months of purchase front bumper paint started to bubble and flake off large sections. The problem is, when you buy a Certified Pre Owned the Car Fax is suppose to be clean of damage. I had the vehicle inspected at my local BMW dealership and was told by the service manager that the front bumper was not original BMW paint and could not have warranty coverage. I contacted Irvine BMW on 4/9/21 to inform them of the issue and at this point still have not got a return call. The Client rep on my initial phone call stated that should not have happened that the car fax was clean and apparently there was an accident not disclosed. Pictures can be seen on google review. Worst Customer service ever! wont reccomend d to anyone. I was there to do a simple cosmetic repair on my Z4 as part of my BMW warrantee for the car. The result was this: repair was not done on time as it seems the technicians they use are not at the level they should have for a luxury car service, work was not finish, it was reschedule 5 days later and for some reason that is incredible to decipher, they lost the cosmetic my trim front bumper tow eye cover supposedly at the car wash?? left with the "choice ' to come in 4 days ( after the weekend) with the unlikely probability that they will have my part, on time, matching the paint( which all of us know that this is almost impossible! I love this brand and my car and have always drive BMW ( , M3, M5 x5, z4, etc) for many years, but honestly this place is the lowest customer oriented I have ever visit ( have my cars in Miami, Atlanta, Germany and now here in Orange county) , will never visit again and will make sure the people I know wont be there. I wanted to like this place because we found the van we truly wanted and at first, they were truly friendly, The sales people were available at anytime when selling the car and communicating with us. Once the car was sold, could not connect with anyone regarding the maintenance of the van. It needs an oil change that wasn't done before we got the van. The wipers are old. The foot panel on the driver side is falling off. I was told we will receive XM radio for a whole year for free. That's not case. The trial ends in three months. They only provided one key and then gave me information on how to get an extra key at the amount of $250. I emailed the the maintenance supervisor about our situation two weeks ago. Never emailed back. I called 7 times in two weeks and did not get connected to any supervisor. I called yesterday and expressed my frustrations to the front desk person. They promised me the manager was going to call me back asap. I have not heard from anyone. The thing is, when selling the car, they are completely available. Once the car is sold, nowhere to be seen or heard of. Completely inexcusable. More

This car has been done only three services. And I couldn’t able to do forth services. Because I was out of country for my father funeral when I was coming back to home after two weeks and I got stock over there for eleven months because of COVID-19 and there was no flight to coming back home and my car was in garage more than eleven months. Also no one had access to my car which could take it to dealer for service. The car has run only 31,980 miles. And car warranty has been expired on 3/20/2020 because of Covid-19. I have called to dealer from out of country to Irvine service department about my situations . They told me when you come back we will take care of it. I got COVID-19 at LAX airport and then I went at Misstion Viejo ICU emergency hospital for two weeks. When I called irvine dealer after my Covid-19 recovery Irvine BMW service department was telling me sorry we can’t give it forth car service as free because your car warranty has been expired. I can’t believe it what you have done to me. Dear BMW trust me if you take care my car I will let know all families and Friends as more than 500 peoples base of very unfair, poor management and bad decisions; Don’t ever buy or trusted and support BMW’s cars. Bought a dealership owned BMW with 8000 miles on it. We were told by the salesman that the 8000 miles would be added to the warranty of maintenance. When we brought it in for service we were told that the were told by the salesman that the 8000 miles would be added to the warranty of maintenance. When we brought it in for service we were told that the warranty was expired. They would not honor what they had promised us when we bought the car even though the first 8000 miles were used by the dealership. This is our 4th BMW. The next BMW will not be bought at IRVINE BMW Dealership. Beware of false promises! More
