This past Friday, I contacted Irvine BMW regarding a brand new 530e on the lot and received a near-immediate response from Sahar Khalajabadi. We exchanged several text messages. She called me at the end of her shift and we discussed all the details of the sale and set an in-person appointment for the following day. Sahar was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful. She made the process of purchasing my car an absolute delight. I arrived at the showroom for my scheduled appointment and Sahar had the vehicle ready for me to examine and test drive. All of the sales paperwork was prepared to make the finance process with Ted Esquer (who is equally as amazing) enjoyable (Almost no one enjoys the finance part and Ted made it fantastic). I must say that this was my best car shopping experience to date. I give Sahar my highest recommendation! I appreciated that Carolynn at Irvine BMW sent me only one email to acknowledge my inquiry, and left it up to me to respond at my own timing. He was extremely busy but he made us feel like we were his only customer. When it was time for signing, Matt took us to Angel. She was great at explaining everything that we were signing and giving us options without putting any pressure on us. She was very nice and patient with us us. I truly believe that we got the best car deal we've ever had. We walked away happy and with peace of mind. More
