I was in the market back in April since my i3 lease was ending in a few months. I got in contact with William Yen who was very knowledgeable and helped me out greatly in answering all my questions to try t ending in a few months. Will helped me order a new vehicle with all the options that I was interested in and made changes without issue, even with my constant changes to the build.
