They had my car for over four hours and didn’t even get to it. They didn’t call to update me that they were running over four hours behind for my appointment. I called the dealership last week to schedule to it. They didn’t call to update me that they were running over four hours behind for my appointment. I called the dealership last week to schedule a recall and oil change. They didn’t even order the part for the recall. Not only did they waste my time, they were flippant and not very apologetic. They couldn’t have cared less that my day was very inconvenienced. I was late for work and had to leave early & neither my recall or oil change were completed. Very disappointed More

Service desk representative never called to let me know my car was done,said she called and left a message I showed her my phone, no calls no voice mail. Her reply was I hope you have a better day. Did not give me any paperwork on what work was done. When I opened my glovebox there is a metal cylinder with a lock I’d card. No mention of this either. Made an appointment online the day before my confirmed service date. Whew that was quick and easy!! Arrived at IRA Toyota on time and as I opened the door was greeted with a “Hello can I help you” from C service date. Whew that was quick and easy!! Arrived at IRA Toyota on time and as I opened the door was greeted with a “Hello can I help you” from Cam. Perfect timing. I explained what services I wanted and Cam explained the process and what I would be charged. No surprises. Communication continued with a cell message to contact Cam by phone or text or in person. Personal contact- I actually have a live person who will notify me about any concerns about my car and solve any issues. Within an hour + half I was driving home with a SMILE 😁. Thank you Cam. More
