I am sorry about the events surrounding the recent appointment for you Chevy Silverado. Looking into our scheduling tool I see that the original appointment you had made online listed a 2020 Chevy Silverado. The early bird envelope we retrieved upon our arrival this morning just showed your last name and 2024 oil change. Our service writer did text you for more information. Once finding the 2024 Silverado, the information was entered into the system and a repair order was created to have the oil change done. In the future, to avoid any confusion, it might be easier to call the dealership main service line (774-801-7080) directly to schedule.
