The sales department is good; the service department not so good. I made an appointment for 7:20 am this morning for an oil change and for a bumper recall. When I dropped the car off for the scheduled appointment I was told that the part for the recall had not been ordered!!! …and that the oil change would take until at least 1:00. At 2:00 l called and it would be at least 1 1/2 hours more. I am fed up with this service department. All day my car was there for an oil change! And I still have to bring it in for the stupid recall. More
