I made phone contact initially with Ken Robinson and he went to work to find me the truck that I wanted. He called back to tell me he had the truck that I wanted and the next day I met him and we transacted the deal, I was done, and enjoying my new truck one hour later. I thank Ken for his honest salesmanship and his follow up after my purchase. Kudos to Irene for making a mountain of paperwork seem like a mole hill. Best regards, Bill Fletcher More

When I showed up at 9, the time of my appointment, they told me they had run out of parts needed for the service, so they couldn't do it. No explanation as to why they didn't call me this morning if, as they say, they didn't find out till then. They told me there was another recall they could do, and since I had already spent the time driving there (20 minutes each way) I figured they might as well go ahead. I called the service manager when I got home to let him know I wasn't happy. He offered to have someone pick the car up next time, when they get the parts in. I'm not sure if I'll even go back for that. Needless to say, I won't be having my car serviced there after this screw-up. I had had it there once before for a regular maintenance service and was pretty unimpressed. If they can't be bothered to call me when they don't have the parts to fix the car and let me drive there and kill the whole morning, then this is not a place that gives a dam. More
I went back to Orleans Toyota when the lease on my current 2011 RAV4 LE was due to expire. My experience has been very positive. So I wanted to deal with them again. Gary is somewhat new to the staff, but was very helpful and easy to deal with. I have been researching car prices and reviews for about a month and felt that the deal I received on my RAV4 XLE was more than fair. In fact, I was going to settle for a LE model, but they gave me a great deal on the XLE. In the three years that I have dealt with their service department, they were flawless and easy to work with. I have been purchasing cars at dealerships for over 40 years and Orleans Toyota is by far the best. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership to friends in the area. More
I live in Philadelphia, PA but was in Truro last week on vacation. On Thursday, my 2007 Lexus RX350’s engine and VSC lights went on. I talked with my Philadelphia area dealer and they suggested I take it vacation. On Thursday, my 2007 Lexus RX350’s engine and VSC lights went on. I talked with my Philadelphia area dealer and they suggested I take it to a Lexus or Toyota dealer near where I was – that it could be as minor as the gas cap (but I had used ½ a tank since filling up) or something more serious. I had a 420 mile drive, by myself, for Saturday when our rental was up. I called Orleans Toyota and spoke with Kathie in the service department. She told me that the first scheduled appointment was for the following Monday. I explained my predicament and she said if I brought the car in and left it, she would see if one of the technicians could look at it on Friday. Before 9 a.m. Friday I got a call from her to say that a technician who comes in early in the morning had checked it and the ignition coil needed to be replaced. Of course I authorized the work and it was done by noon. Throughout the phone calls and when I was there she was extremely pleasant and really made me feel she cared about fixing this problem for me. And she did! I also want to thank the technician, whose name I don’t know, who got to it so promptly. Between them they helped me avoid what could have been a really unhappy end of my vacation. Instead of scurrying around to find a place to stay over the weekend so the car could be checked and repaired Monday, I spent the time cooking steamers and watching the sunset. More

I've been so pleased with Scott Addison's knowledge of the product, his patience and willingness to answer my many questions as to how things worked eg, radio, navigation system..things that worked diffe the product, his patience and willingness to answer my many questions as to how things worked eg, radio, navigation system..things that worked differently from my previous Prius. No matter how many times I came, Scott was readily available to help. I have been nothing but pleased about my dealing with Scott, the service dept., the cleanliness and attractiveness of the dealership and the mgt. of Orleans Toyota. Too bad my previous dealership, Kendall Toyota isn't as neat, clean and comfortable. More
I recently went to Orleans Toyota for minor work on the 2009 Rav4 I had leased from them. The lease was due to end in May 2012. While I was waiting for service to complete the work, Ken Robinson approach 2009 Rav4 I had leased from them. The lease was due to end in May 2012. While I was waiting for service to complete the work, Ken Robinson approached me and we talked about my lease end options. Needless to say, Ken (with Rick Harrington's input) created a deal for me that I could not refuse. As a result, I have a new three year lease on a 2012 Corolla and have, in the process, saved money. While I had not planned this move, I must admit it appears to be a good one. Ken is a great salesperson to work with - knowledgeable and not at all pushy. At the same time I know he was working hard to convince me that the deal was a good one. It helped that he and I are from about the same generation, so we talked about non automotive subjects, such as music. I felt that he was someone I could basically trust. I only spent a few moments with Rick Harrington to discuss some of the financial details of my lease, but he is also friendly and easy going. So, I would recommend Orleans Toyota based upon my positive experiences during the first three year lease and especially my experience in getting the new lease. The one quibble I would have is how the lease documentation kind of obscures the total amount one is paying interest on. The "money factor" gives the impression the because interest rate is quite low it is an especially good deal. What is not obvious, however, is how the amount financed is calculated. One assumes initially the amount financed is going to be simply the Depreciation. But, doing the math one realizes that the amount financed is actually one-half the Cap Cost plus the Residual, which together total to an amount about two and half times greater than the Depreciation. I did not realize all this until after I signed the lease and, though I still think the lease is good for me, I think I would have bargained harder had I known the truth about how the amount financed is calculated. I have just purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and would very much like to share this. I am giving this rating to Orlean's Toyota beacause of all the car dealers that I have dealt with in the pass 2 months, thi much like to share this. The salesman Derek was more than helpful to get me what I wanted, and was asking what he could do to make it worth my while. I never expected such a great experience from a car dealer. The others, were either way too pushy, or didn't care at all. I am very pleased with my whole experiencce with Orlean's Toyota. They really took care of everything for me, giving me the price I wanted, to taking care of my old plates, everything. I will tell everyone of my great experience with them.I honestly couldn't be happier. A BIG THANKS Orlean's Toyota, you have my vote. Peter K. :-) More
