Of course, this is an incredible time for me, and my salesman, Manny, was incredible. He was personable, funny, well versed in cars, and was the first person I talked to when it came to buying this car and guided me seamlessly through the process, down to appreciating my giant smile when he helped me set up the Bluetooth and jam out with me. Very Profesional, but need to go the extra mile I brought my Lexus into the Toyota dealership as there are no Lexus dealerships on Cape Cod. They said they could service my LX470. Although it took I brought my Lexus into the Toyota dealership as there are no Lexus dealerships on Cape Cod. They said they could service my LX470. Although it took 3 weeks to find the problem, they communicated with me well. My service manager Nicole was fantastic ! My biggest complaint was the time it took to diagnose the problem, and then when I picked up the vehicle it was dirty inside and out. When I spend a couple of grand, the least they can do is wash the car and vacuume. More
