SUPERIOR SHORT NOTICE SERVICE On a Sunday morning, my wife’s rear brakes suddenly started to sound like two rabid wolverines growling back and forth at each other, I texted Gina (t On a Sunday morning, my wife’s rear brakes suddenly started to sound like two rabid wolverines growling back and forth at each other, I texted Gina (the best Service Advisor EVER!), on a Sunday just to if they were working the next day, (which was a holiday), and if she’d have time for me. Her answer? “You bet -I’ll see you at 8:30.” When I showed up at 8:30, she got my car right in and within thirty minutes, gave me a complete rundown and estimate of the cost of repair the rear brakes, as well as a few other service recommendations. When I told her to go ahead and do it, she tossed me the keys to her car and said “I call you when it’s done.” A few hours later, the rear brakes and service recommendations were all taken care of and the car was ready to go. Gina is the reason I travel right past a Toyota dealership 3-minutes from my house and make the 30-minute drive down to Orleans Toyota for all my service needs. I’ve known her for the better part of 15-years and wouldn’t dream of going to anyone else! More

Service Manager Hats of to Todd who sold me my car. Professional and friendly. The lady from service who handles my frame replacement was awesome. My lack of love for Hats of to Todd who sold me my car. Professional and friendly. The lady from service who handles my frame replacement was awesome. My lack of love for the dealership was after I bought the car and brought it back within the first week with problems that should have been discovered if this really was a pre owned certified. I had to argue for everything to be fixed. I also had to chase the place down to get a frame inspection in the first place when I was told this was done prior to sale which I discovered it wasn’t. I will always buy a car from Todd but I will never get anything serviced or replaced at this dealership. If Todd leaves, my business will follow. More
